Age:

Service:
Service is provided "as is". Although we will make every effort to provide this
service with no interruptions, there may be unexpected downtimes, or interruptions of
service. These are out of our control, and we are not responsible for any loss of business
or ANY other damages you may suffer due to these downtimes.

Photos
RateMyBoobs.org reserves the right to use all user submitted material including but not
limited to photos, text, opinions, emails, etc. for the promotion of this site and also
reserves the right to place a logo or text containing " RateMyBoobs.org " on
each photo submitted to RateMyBoobs.org’s own server.
All photos uploaded to RateMyBoobs.org will be approved before they are available on the
public pages. The RateMyBoobs.org staff may remove any photo not deemed appropriate at any
time without notice
Removal of your account:
Violation of any guideline as spelled out in our Terms Of Service.
Any reason as determined by RateMyBoobs.org staff, to be in the best interest of
RateMyBoobs.org.
Modification:
RateMyBoobs.org has the right to modify this agreement at any time. Failure to remove your
account after seven 7 days, constitutes acceptance of the new Terms Of Service.
Privacy Policy:
Under no circumstances will RateMyBoobs.org release your email, contact information, or
personal information to any third party. We are an anti-spam company.
All account info, other than the user's email address and password are available to other
users. Your photo and your corresponding profile information will be available to all
users. If you value your privacy, do not submit any personal information in your profile
or on your submitted photos.
Periodically, we my contact you via email concerning the promotion of our websites and
services.
By using this site, you signify your consent to the privacy policy of RateMyBoobs.org. If
